Owner & Winemaker: Rosalba Vitanza

Her text books, her philosophy books set aside, Rosalba focused her attention to new challenges as agronomy, enology, the science of wine making, chemistry and a serious approach to wine tasting. She quickly developed in this area a stunning capability to discern qualities, scents, differences and barely perceivable tastes of other elements acquired by the wine through the barrel woods. Today she has created a fully equipped laboratory where she is able to do tasting, analysis of the wine and grapes of hers own production.
