Cultivar: Cordone Speronato m. 2,50 x 0,80

Composition of the soil: Rich in skeleton - tuffaceous clay with large quantities of fossil material.

Mass-production in a year, a total of 200.000 bottles of which 150.000 bottles of Brunello.
