The Tenuta Vitanza's Grappa is produced only with our dregs of our pressed grapes. For the grappa we only use the grapes of Brunello di Montalcino. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese. Distillation Method: Traditional, with little copper cauldron and steam. Perfume: Elegant but really intense, fruity. Color: Very clear. Taste: Elegant, well-balanced. Alcohol: 42%
